With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment Industry, Stephanie Matys is the founder and director of  Top Talent Management, a "Toronto-turned-Tennessee" based agency that serves clients in the Southeastern region of the United States as well as internationally. Stephanie started her career acting and modeling at a young age, which eventually led her to study at The New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts where she graduated with honors. She then became an instructor at renowned talent schools in New York City and Toronto. 

 

A star in front of the camera, Stephanie has appeared in television shows, music videos, commercials, and print campaigns. Suits, Carrie,  Max Payne, Repo Men, The Rocker, American Pie Presents Beta House, The Love Guru, Covert Affairs, Fringe, Cold Blood, Rookie Blue, Degrassi, Dragon's Den, Movieposter.com and Once Upon a Time in Toronto represent some of the productions she has been involved in. She has also had her hand in working behind the camera, producing 3 commercials with Setera Media Group, as well as writing and starring in her own TV segments for York Region Living.
 

Many people started approaching Stephanie for career advice and she soon found herself on the other side of the camera working as an agent, mentor and manager. Stephanie can understand and relate to her clients, drawing on her own previous experience and staying on top of the ever-changing demands of the industry. She strives to make sure that her team members reach their highest potential through one-on-one coaching.

A lover of pageantry, Stephanie also won 1st runner up in the Miss Canada Globe Pageant. She has since then been a recognized judge in pageants across the United States.
